to Nashville, the capital city, which has 674,400 residents. The metro is located in the north-central portion of the

state of Tennessee in what is known as the Central Basin. The Cumberland River, which snakes through the

region, adds to the local economic base and enhances Nashville’s quality of life. The metro has a strong

multimodal infrastructure network linking the metro to markets around the world.

The entertainment and country music capital houses a number of venues such as Ryman Auditorium, Grand Ole

Opry, Country Music Television and Music Row. The nation’s lowest tax burdens and incentives for businesses

COMPETITION & GROWTH

Few companies in Atlanta, Miami, Dallas. Miami and Dallas are far enough away to have very little impact.

Atlanta companies are expensive and frequently have trouble with theft, drugs, and crashes. Most are unable to

ship cars up to Nashville at a reasonable price. Miami and Dallas companies have sent MCDC business

historically to ensure their own clients stay happy as they travel. Turo car share offers lower end sports cars at

lower costs.

Pricing and Customer loyalty: Customers continue returning each year for annual events (prom, galas, charities, etc). Customers who need cars

more frequently will generally sign on for a low end membership to enjoy savings.

Biggest growth opportunities in this business:

For new ownership to come in and provide new energy. With the growth of Middle Tennessee this has the

opportunity to continue to grow. MCDC is the only company of its kind in Nashville, Tennessee and the only one

that provides memberships, allowing individuals to have ongoing access to the luxury and exotic fleet.

Core Strengths / Weaknesses:

Strengths: reputation/image in Nashville, excellent customer relations online and offline, staff are well connected

to vendors of the hospitality sector, only exotic offerings in this part of the Southeast. Weaknesses: High risk

model given potential for accidents (trackers help diminish risk), high turnaround time for wrecked vehicles (loss

of use), potential for theft

Marketing & Locations:

MCDC is well established in the Greater Nashville Area. Word of mouth, Social media campaigns, print ads in

restrooms, local car meets, Cars & Coffee, parking cars at high volume locations in the downtown area.
