Our SM 200 and SM 400 granulators were the firstlow-speed (100 rpm) machines available for use withplastics processors. When introduced to the industryin 1979, these machines attracted the interest of processorsand the technical press. Constant improvements andnew features have kept Müller in the forefront ofgranulating technology.Today, these machines, together with the largerSM 600 granulator, are known for theirperformance, reliability, quality of constructionand general ruggedness.

Müller granulators can be used universally,being suitable both for use as auxiliarygranulators beside presses for spruesand rejects or as small central granulators.

Reliability that pays off

Long and bulky sprues, which comeout of the press at a low height,are transported perfectly with thepatented auger feed into the granulator.It has a slipping clutch and is electricallyprotected to prevent not only injuries butalso any damage to the machine.

The SM 210, SM 410 and SM 610 granulator modelswere developed on the basis of the proven SM 200,SM 400 and SM 600 granulators.

The large opening of the in-feed hopper makesthese machines particularly suitable for bulkyitems and feeding by robots.

In addition, the integral regrind container hasbeen designed to ensure consistentvacuum conveying of even the mostproblematic granulates.
