Q: What’s your name?

A: Manuel Jorge Moura.

Q: What do you like more to do here?

A: A bit of everything.

Q: Where do you usually buy the meat?

A: The veals to the farm labourer.

Q: Why does the meat have numbers?

A: Because of its identification.

Q: What kind of meat do you sell?

A: Veal, pork, lamb and turkey.

Q: What kind of meat do the customers want more?

A: .”Arouquesa” veal.

Q: How do the customers pay?

A: Money, check and some on credit too.

Q: Do you have a machine to pay with a credit card?

A: No.

Q: Do the customers always pay or do you still keep the book to point out

the debt?

A: I still have the book!

Q: What is the cheaper meat that you sell?

A: Pork.

Q: What is the more expensive one?

A: Veal (tenderloin).

Q: Is the meat from Portugal?

A: Yes. All of it.

Q: Do you have a special meat?

A: Yes. “Arouquesa” veal.
