Get Involved What can a Chamber member do?

MICHAEL WEINMANGovernment and Community Issues Manager Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber

HANS HECHTMANVice-Chair, Government and Community IssuesTacoma-Pierce County Chamber

Join in our efforts to educate lawmakers in Olympia and Washington D.C.about their impacts on business. While the Chamber staff will be working with

other business organizations in Olympia and the nations capital, the simple

truth is the larger the number of Chamber members involved in the public

policy process, the greater the impact the Chamber will have on the outcomes.

There has never been a better time to become an active participant in theprocess. From monitoring the event in Olympia and Washington D.C. through

the Chambers blogs and website(www.tacomachamber.org)or signing up for

meetings with elected officials, every action is important to our

    combined success.
