Catalog Updates• There are currently 61 active catalogs• Six new catalogs were implemented this fiscal year:

Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM)

• All classes through December 31, 2020 are full. Over 500 seats have been offered.

• Certifications have been extended through June 30, 2021.

• The spring schedule will be released shortly. Over 1000 seats will be offered.

• All paper certificates through September have been sent out.

Important Class Information

• The online modules are not covered in class; they MUST be completed before coming to class.

• Both system checks MUST be completed to ensure you’ll be able to complete your test.

• You MUST be signed up to attend. Day-of substitutions may not be honored due to the nature of the class and exam.

Professional Development

Project Management Professional (PMP) Training

• The October class has been completed.

• Spring classes are nearly full. All are currently online.

Florida Certified Contract Negotiator (FCCN)

• All classes are postponed until in-person trainings can safely resume.

• Certifications have been extended through June 30, 2021.

Procurement Operations Prep (POP)

• All classes are postponed until in-person trainings can safely resume.

• Online options are being explored for the current and post-pandemic workplace.

- State Purchasing intends to extend the current ACS with Remi Group through January 23, 2022 in accordance with the Master Agreement.

current STC with Bank of America, N.A through January 4, 2021.

• Clothing: Purchase, Cleaning and Rental STC – Executed contracts for the purchase of Clothing with UniFirst, Heatherdale Stitchery and The Shoe Box. Executed a contract with UniFirst for Rental and Cleaning and Rental Only. Contract is valid until 9/30/2023.

• Motor Vehicles STC – Renewed the existing Motor Vehicles contracts for one year. Current contracts expire 11/16/2021.

• Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Units and Accessories ACS – Renewed contract for one year. Contract is valid until 10/4/2021.

• Prison Rehabilitative Industries and Diversified Enterprises, Inc. (PRIDE) –Renewed the PRIDE Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for five years. Current MOA expires 2/11/2026.

• Disposable Paper ITB – Posted award on VBS with coverage in four regions throughout the state. Tentative contract start date is December 2020. Existing STC expires November 2022.

• Mail Services RFP – Launched September 15, 2020. Anticipated award date is TBD. State Purchasing is extending the current contract which expires 12/31/2020.

• Agriculture and Lawn Equipment ITB – Tentative award date is 12/14/2020 and anticipated contract start date is 12/31/2020. Current contract expires 12/31/2020.
