• Strengthening Relationships: Evaluators/Leaders better understand audience by planning, listening to needs, experiences, outcomes; Youth better understand evaluators/ leaders/program by building trust and understanding

• Building Capacity: Program organization, leaders, and participants gain skills and insights by reflecting on program quality and impact
