How to make pancakes

4 cups flour 2 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

two eggs beaten

4 cups of milk

oil

Slowly add ingredients to the other ingredients. Hand mix only until large lumps are gone. Heat the frying pan and lightly grease pan.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup to form each pancake in pan. Bake until bubbles appear and edges are brown. Flip pancakes and cook for a minute or so longer. Makes about 16 pancakes. It takes 15 minutes prep time
