Qatar Green Leaders (QGL) is a multidisciplinary company, specialising in the delivery of sustainable,

innovative, and practical design solutions and certification. We have vast experience in the environmental

Qatar Green Leaders is a Green Building Design Management, Certification & Training Company dedicated to

helping its clients certify and develop their high performance buildings under LEED® (Leadership in Energy &

Environmental Design) Rating Systems & GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System) Schemes.

As members of USGBC (United States Green Building Council) & GORD (Gulf Organization for Research &

Development) and authorized GSAS Service Providers, QGL is taking advantage of the qualifications & the

of the way. From the initial Feasibility Consultation, to the Design Charrette, through Design / Construction

Marina Yacht Club at Lusail City

Research & Development Complex (Phase1) at Education City

The Marina Yacht Club is a two-story building

highly visible from the promenade that develops

on three sides of the Marina, and from the sea

when entering the Marina. It is a focus point not

only seen from four directions, but also from the

sea level and from the sky: from the yacht and

pontoon below the promenade and from the high

rises of the Marina district. Located on the North

Bay of the city of Doha in Qatar, the Marina is the

heart of Lusail Marina District. The Marina will be

a lively destination where the Yacht Club occupies a prominent position, over the water. The Marina Yacht

Club shall be an iconic building. Together with the landscape design, it will give a strong identity to the

Marina.

Qatar Foundation Research & Development

Complex Phase1 (RDC1) is part of Qatar Foundation

for Education, Science and Community

Development. It is located next to Education City

complex. It will be integrated with the future

important arterial roadways, Al Shamal Road (North Road),

The North Gate Mall comprises a number of unique spaces

After working as a Senior Architect and Design Manager in several consulting firms in Egypt and Qatar, Mrs. Farag founded Qatar Green Leaders in June 2009 with enthusiast LEED AP’s, all with the vision of working together to save the planet Earth, by promoting Green Bu ilding Design and Construction.
