New product lines for 2012-2013 include whiteboard, rear-projection, acoustically transparent, curved-frame, variable anamorphic masking, and tabletop presentation screens for both our retail channels as well as our Elite Prime Vision (EPV) line of dedicated products for the custom installer.Below is a brief description of each: • The Peregrine AcousticPro 4K is a high resolution acoustically transparent projection screen. Its specialized high density weave meets the needs of digital projectors up to 4K resolution (3840x2160) with complete elimination of the moiré effect. The 4K AT material was crafted to give an excellent on/off axis color temperature with superb audio performance that damps only -.91min to -3.00max dB variation at 20 KHz. It is available on EPVs Peregrine line of fixed and curved frame projection screens. • The Insta-DE2 is Elite’s latest “whiteboard” projection screen wall covering that has a tough optical nanotech resin that allows it to perform its dual purpose with either standard, interactive and short-throw projectors. The Acousticpro 4K acoustically transparent material is available in a Fixed-frame (Peregrine) and curved frame (Lunette) format. • Elite’s Airbright 5D projection screen material is polarized for standard 2D or passive 3D presentations. Its versatility creates superb brightness and contrast ideal for home cinema or commercial applications. • Elite’s new subsidiary company, Airflex5D produces a line of 2D/3D projector stacking systems that precisely align the images of multiple projectors vertically and horizontally into one single picture with amplified brightness. It can accommodate up to a 1920 x 1200 resolution projector with dual-channel geometric image correction and support de-interlacing, scaling and image enhancement with even 3D capabilities. • With anamorphic projection arrays on the rise, elite now has a multi-masking anamorphic screens in both electric and fixed frame configurations. Since the material is seamless, there is a total absence of piece lines that can ruin the effect of a presentation. Its 2.2 gain configuration is ideal for events such as clubs, restaurants, tradeshows, meeting rooms, and outside evening presentations. Its special surface coating enhances color reproduction and black level contrast with wide diffusion uniformity for large audiences. WraithVeil 2 is a self-adhesive optical rear projection screen material. It is applied to clear glass/Plexiglass panels for the purpose of converting them into rear projection screens. Application is simple. Clean and moisten the glass surface, remove the protec-tive film and apply. Wraith Veil 2 material is ideal for retail store windows, hanging signage, commercial offices, restaurants and nightclubs. Its special 2.2 gain brightness is ideal for ambient light while its design enhances color reproduction and black level contrast with 180º wide uniformity. Regular sizes from 74" to 151" measurements are avail-able now. Elite’s new DynaWhite Outdoor Movie Screen is a professionally engineered yet cost-effective solution that eliminates all of the problems encountered when trying to project on regular sheet fabrics. It is made of a theater-grade PVC material that is easily fastened into place by use of its corner grommets. They evenly spread out the mate-rial tension for a flat projection surface and attach to their surrounding environment such as garage door frames, walls, trees and pole supports. Its 1.1 gain matte white projection surface is textured to avoid hot-spotting while providing color neutrality, and a wide viewing angle that is perfect for social events. Each screen is professionally matted to enhance visual contrast and to absorb the over scan or “bleed” of the projected image. Our Manufacturing StandardsWe have adopted manufacturing methods that promote conservative regulation of our energy needs. Our simple product designs combined with the expertise of our perma-nent staff ensures that our entire product line is made by experienced hands devoted to the high standards of the discriminating consumer. Simplified component fabrication reduces costly energy consumption and greatly reduces failure rates that contribute to excessive production require-ments. Extra trimmings of fabric, steel, aluminum and plastics are recycled to reduce the need for new mineral extraction, additional polymer manufacturing and landfill expansion. Elite Screens' projection material is surfaced with chemical compounds that comply with US EPA guidelines and we are always developing ways to incorporate new mixtures that will have less impact than the current synthetic products on hand today. Although product performance is key to a manufac-turer's success finding new ways to enhance the physical health of this world with our production is true progress.

In Packaging and ShippingElite Screens cardboard shipping packages are composed of new and recycled material. We created an innovative design with our fixed frame screens that allows the horizontal spans to separate thus creating a 48% reduction in the package length. This means one of our most common selling products has had its shipping size literally cut in half which will reflect in our container, palletized and drop shipment fuel consump-tion by saving precious space in ocean liners, van lines and aircraft transport.

In Waste ManagementIt is our objective to make sure materials of valuable use remain in circulation instead of contributing to the spread of our ever-increasing landfills. All of our discarded carton packaging material, scrap plastics and metals are recycled through a network of local salvagers daily.

In Office Waste ManagementAlthough our factory works hard doing their part, our corporate office contributes to conservation as well.• All discarded office paper is recycled• All used computer equipment is recycled accordingly for metals and plastic (ABS) recycling. • All empty photocopier and printer cartridges are returned to our suppliers for refilling.
