To create a new Business Map,right mouse click on your ProjectFolder. Select New > (type of map)

Modify Map using “One Click Editing”

Changes can be made using thegraphic or in the tree structure:

Right mouse click andselect the appropriate menu option.

Rename Elements of a Map

To rename elements in yourMap, right mouse click

Copy elements (single processes

or whole sections) from otherMaps by selecting the element you

want to copy and Drag&Dropit into your Map.

Move elements up or

down using Drag&Dropor by using Ctrl and the

arrows on your keyboard.

the new element is to be created.

Select Edit > User defined Properties.

How to Export your Map as a PowerPoint/Word/HTML

Select the Business Map in your work space.Right mouse-click and

select Save as. Select formattype (ppt, html, doc). Select Save to export

the Map into the selected format.
