Login and LanguageOn the Logistrics Taxi App Log In Screen, tap on theLanguage

Select your preferred language from the available list.

Enter your registration email address andpassword. You can choose to save the passwordfor ease of use.

BASIC

Receiving Orders

The order process is achieved on the AppMain Screen with 3 simple taps on theScreen: 1. Tap Accept the order 2. TapStart for Customer Pick Up 3. Tap Finishfor Customer Drop Off and completeOrder Fare and Payment Method. GPS onthe device must be turned on.

POI and Zone are noted in the initial offer.

Order processing is simple for convenience andsafety. After receiving an order or creating a newone, and when you have picked up the Client orthe Customer tap on the Green Start Button.When dropping off the Client or Customer tap onthe Red Finish Button, Enter Order Fare andthe order is completed.. Now you are ready toreceive your next order.

Simple Order Process

When an Order is received, a notificationdialogue box will appear on your Device screenalong with a Device Alert (you can change this bygoing to Settings>Sounds>Notifications). You canaccept or decline the Order. The new order cancontain noinformation or the City, or the completeorder information and the driver can informdispatch of his Estimated Time of Arrival. This isset by the company admin

After accepting the order, all order information isincluded on the screen. The yellow indicates youhave accepted the order and are on the way topick up the client.

Order ProcessWhen you have arrive at the clients location, tapthe Green Start Button, the indicator will turn redadvising dispatch that you have picked up theclient.

Order Process (Client in Vehicle)

If customer cancels you will receive this message

To report a no show tap on Advanced>No Show.The request will be sent to dispatch. The requestwill be confirmed or denied by dispatch.

Once you have picked up the client, tap on theGreen Start Button

When you have dropped the clients of, tap theRed Stop Button, you will be prompted for the toOK or Update then Enter Order Fare &Payment Method, then the indicator will turngreen advising dispatch that you are ready foryour next order.

Utilize Turn By Turn Directions by Google forNavigation Assistance.

If you need to contact the client, simply tap on theClient Phone Number.

Call The ClientTap on and select the Trip Point or leg of trip youneed for turn by turn directions..

Utilizing the native capability of your Android youcan call the Customer with only two taps.

The Order Point Dialogue will appear, tap onShow on map. It will ask you if you neednavigation assistance or select Mark Completedto mark that leg complete when using multiplelegs.

To go to Advanced, tap the device Android MenuKey. Then tap Advanced or No Show (to reportNo Show to Dispatch) or Zone Queues to accessthat page from the bottom of the screen.

GPS must be turned on. If it is turned off dispatchis notified.

Select the preferred Advanced Functions from theAdvanced Screen.

Advanced FunctionsADVANCEDAdvanced offers additionalfunctionality including:

Order Entry -- the driver can enter anorder for up to 30 days away.Order Management -- the driver canmanage multiple orders.Notes -- the driver can send dispatcha note.Messages -- Messages fromDispatch to the driver(s)Report -- Shows the trip log.Panic Button -- the driver wouldselect this to send a Panic alert todispatch.Status -- the driver can change hisstatus. From Free (green) to Away(blue) to advise dispatch when onbreak.No Show -- driver can a no show todispatch.Zone Queues -- driver can hisposition in the Zone Queues.

Order EntryDrivers can send a note to Dispatch.

Notes and Messages

Zone Queues

You can create ORDERS from your device andhave it sent to the Dispatcher. Just Click on theORDER tab on your PDA to create and sendorder for up to 30 days later.

Go to ORDERS tab on your Android and tap Itwill allow you to set the Order as your currentOrder. This is only needed for an exception, forexample customer needs an early pick up.

Orders

Driver can see their position in the Zones and theWorkload Summary.

Dispatch can send messages to individual driversor broadcast to the whole fleet.

StatusYour Status is automatically set by the system.When need to book out for break set your statusto Away. When you return, set it back to Free

You can view the shift summary by clicking onReports. At the end of a shift or end of day, theshift data will disappear from Device and nextdays data will be visible on the Device. Also allcompleted Orders will disappear from Device.Tap on the Menu key and you can Email thereport.

This functionality will become available in thenear future. The Payment functionality requireslocal integration to a payment gateway in yourcountry of operation. Kindly contact us for moreinformation
