“Reorganization is the best way to create illusion of progress
by creating Demoralization of sensitive ones.”
- Sparsh Dave
Around 20 students participated in this competition. Some of the
opinions put across during the debate were as follows.
Delimitation of fixed limits of territorial constituencies like
Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh can lead to overall progress of these
territories as many of the rights like reservation rights for
minority segments of the society.
J & K has its own constitution and administrative autonomy
which deprives the locals from many of the rights related to
Indian constitution.
Whereas some people have opinion that reorganization of Jammu
and Kashmir rattles to revoke special status for people of the
state. This is against the democracy. The Higher authorities of the
state should be addressed regarding the concern and their views
regarding reorganization should be taken into consideration.
The participants came up with different aspects of the situation
for the betterment of the nation which gave a scope for broader
retrospective of the situation.
