Working as site supervision engineer responsible for QC/QA.

• Alaeddin Construction Establishment (January 1994 - Until Now):

Position: site engineer (January 1994 – April 1998).

Duties and Responsibilities:

− Coordinating all work issues with Site project Manager.

− Research and advice on the best engineering solution to meet with

client's needs and budget on site.

− Organize the delivery of materials, plant and equipment needed for the

construction project and supervise labors.

− Issuing and maintains job records, site reports and other site

documentation.

− Reviews and schedules project specifications and requirements.

− Attends regular site meetings with project consultant, client’s

representatives, and with site workers.

− Verifies that all related site activities are in accordance with the

approved design and project specifications.

Position: Project Manager (April 1998 – March 2000).


− Direct and supervise site staff.

− Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports.

− Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building and safety

regulations.

− Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to

contractual agreements as required.

− Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure

that proper procedures are being carried out.
