Randy and Mary Mogle Randy and Mary Mogle are a Caucasian couple in their
40’s that live in Homer City PA, which is in the Homer City
District. They do not have any biological children. They
are professionals, Randy is a therapist and Mary is a
nurse. The Mogles are an intelligent and caring couple
who are committed to each other and having a family.
Mary Mogle’s career in Nursing will help her in parenting
children with special needs. In addition, the Mogles
adopted a special needs child, who was with them for
several months as a foster/adoptive child. The Mogles are
willing to work with mild mental health issues, and mild
behavioral issues. They are also willing to accept a child
that requires medication. Randy and Mary Mogle’s fos-
ter/adoptive children are their number one priority. They
recently adopted 2 foster placements, but will consider a
child age 6-8 years old.
Doug and Lori Reiter
Doug and Lori Reiter reside in Home, PA, Indiana
County. They are in the Marion Center School Dis-
trict. They have been foster parents for 18 years
and adopted their two adult sons. Lori is em-
ployed as a visiting nurse. The couple is interested
in fostering children of any race or gender. They
are not currently open for placements.

Andrew and Michelle Sandeen The Sandeens reside in Indiana County in the Indiana
School District. The family has two young children; 3 year
old Zarya and one year old Jerod. The family wishes to
extend their family and would like to foster/adopt a child
under the age of three. They will consider sibling groups
up to two. They would prefer to take children that have
been freed for adoption or there is a plan in place for
this. The Sandeens resided in Tanzania for several years
and are comfortable with diverse populations.
