Raoul Schoumaker Raoul Graduated in Industrial Design from La Cambre (ENSAAV), Brussels in 1974,

followed by a Master’s Degree at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), USA in

1976.

His diverse role in design are as follows:

· Corporate designer in contract furnishings (office and seating)

Showroom and exhibit designer

· Freelance/consultant designer/architect in the field of residential and commercial

spaces.

· Educator in Interior, Lighting, Product Design in Milan, Italy and New Delhi.

· Lecturer on diverse topics related to design various countries, continents.

Raoul is also the founder and director of r2d, a design consulting firm with head

office in Belgium, specialising in product R&D, project management and

implementation/counselling for/with designers and editors.

He is presently the co-founder and senior designer of/at CreoDesignWorks (Delhi),

specialising in Product Design, Commercial Interiors, Exhibit/Showroom Design,

etc. He is also a consultant in Project Management and R&D, to various industries,

in India, primarily start-ups.
