Color Certification Bronze: General Overview
Owned by Capability - MS&P works with Capability and CFT’s to develop the RapidLearn Modules.
Modules are created by MS&P Specialist in the eLearning program of Lectora & uploaded to RapidLearn.
ALL new NASP employees are required to take and pass the 13 Color Certification Modules within their first year.
Purpose is for new and/or existing employees to gain invaluable information & selling tools/strategies to drive color.

Tremendous improvement has been made in Color Certification Bronze Modules
It’s taken a lot of time, effort and creative thinking to update these modules.
Much work still needs to be done. Recommendations Moving Forward:
Continue Content Owner updates & Prioritization is needed Continue LT support Continue to have CC Modules owned by professional with strong
skills in Lectora and RapidLearn programs and eLearning tools. Allocate a F/T resource to this work (outsourcing not an option)
