Payment Terms and Booking Policies1. Reservation- (Non-refundable) P 10,000.00 per hall to block off event date. 2. 50% Down Payment- 2 weeks after paying reservation fee for Peak Season (Dec- Mar); One month after reservation fee for Off Peak Season (Apr- Nov).3. Full Payment- One month prior to event. Together with the 20% Refundable Security Deposit.4. Bookings are binding only if supported by a signed Event Confirmation Form and a receipt of payment of Non-Refundable reservation fee. 5. Bookings made less than 1 month prior to Ingress are required to make a full payment of all charges.6. All cash and Check payments shall be made to CUTAD, INC.7. A Security Deposit equivalent to 20% of Total Venue Rent shall be paid together with full payment of Venue Rent. This willbe refunded two weeks after event and all unbilled charges including but not limited to damages shall be deducted to Security Deposit.8. All clients are encouraged to engaged the services of 1 esplanade Accredited Suppliers, otherwise a non-accredited fee shall be charged.9. A 3% monthly penalty based on unpaid account shall be imposed to delinquent clients.

11. A Charged of 25% penalty based on total rent shall be imposed for re scheduling of an event. 12. Rescheduling will only be allowed once.13. Permits for Fireworks, Banners etc. will have to be secured from Mall of Asia Admin/PEA/CBP.14. All uncollected items wether valuables or not from clients/suppliers will be automatically disposed one (1) week after the event .

10. A client has option to reschedule event only once, notice must be given ninety (90) days prior to its original event date. This is free of charge but rates may change and must be approved in writing. Otherwise rescheduling will be penalized with a fee of 25% based on Total rent inclusive of VAT and is subject to availability of date. Rates may also change.

Remarks: Rate are exclusive of VAT. Weekend Rate applies to all days in December.
