Dry louvers before final finish application. 5. Total Dry Film Thickness: Approximately 1.2 mils (0.03 mm), when baked at 450 degrees F (232 degrees C) for 10 minutes. PART 3 EXECUTION 3.1 EXAMINATION A. Inspect areas to receive units. Notify the Architect of conditions that would adversely affect the installation or subsequent utilization of the units. Do not proceed with installation until unsatisfactory conditions are corrected. 3.2 INSTALLATION A. Install units at locations indicated on the drawings and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. B. Install units plumb, level, in plane of wall, and in alignment with adjacent work. C. Louver shall be certified to FBC standards TAS 201(Large Missile Impact), TAS 202 (Uniform Static Air Pressure) and TAS 203 (Cyclic Wind Loading). 3. Louvers licensed to bear AMCA Certified Ratings Seal. Ratings based on tests and procedures performed in accordance with AMCA 511 and comply with AMCA Certified Ratings Program. AMCA Certified Ratings Seal applies to air performance and water penetration ratings. 1.5 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING A. Store products in manufacturer's unopened packaging until ready for installation. B. Store materials in a dry area indoors, protected from damage and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Install louvers at locations indicated on the drawings and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. B. Install louvers plumb, level, in plane of wall, and in alignment with adjacent work. C. Install joint sealants as specified in Section 07920. 3.4 CLEANING A. Clean louver surfaces in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. B. B. If opening preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding.

3.2 PREPARATION

A. Clean opening thoroughly prior to installation.

B. Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.

3.3 INSTALLATION

A. Install louvers at locations indicated on the drawings and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

B. Install louvers plumb, level, in plane of wall, and in alignment with adjacent work.

C. Install joint sealants as specified in Section 07920.

3.4 CLEANING

A. Clean louver surfaces in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

B. Touch-up, repair or replace damaged products before Substantial Completion.
