Activity:

Importance of the Yoga Day: India is the birth place of Yoga. Yoga is not a religion; it is a

way of living that aims towards 'a healthy mind in a healthy body'. Man is a physical, mental and

spiritual being; yoga helps promote a balanced development of all the three. Other forms of

physical exercises, like aerobics, assure only physical well-being.

NSS unit, Chandraroop Dakle Jain College of Commerce, Shrirampur Organized a yoga

training programme on 21/06/2016. The college students and teachers performed Yoga activities.

NSS programme officers Mr.B.S.Waghmare, Dr. B. B. Bawake and Ms.P.S.Gujar

took great efforts to conduct programme smoothly. NSS students participated actively in the

emerge as a celebration of appreciation, respect and love towards women.

involving focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond

to suggestion. During hypnosis, a person is said to have heightened focus and concentration.

Conservation Programme in the adopted village, Nipani Vadgaon dated on 14th

December 2016,

to manage the natural resource of fresh water, to protect the hyDr.osphere, and to meet the

current and future human demand.

Prin. Dr. K. H. Shinde simplified the terms by saying that Cashless transaction economy

doesn’t mean shortage of cash rather it indicates a culture of people settling transactions

digitally. In a modern economy, money moves electronically. He continued that Demonetization

means the act of stripping a currency unit of its status as legal tender. It occurs whenever there is

a change of national currency. The current form or forms of money is pulled from circulation and

retired, often to be replaced with new notes or coins.

Survey at Nipani Vadgaon with the provided questionnaire on 16/12/ 2016.

Socio-economic survey was designed to collect information as a means of improving

understanding of local resource management systems. Survey provided information on

interaction with the government decision-making systems and community perceptions of trends

and priority issues.
