    This class will meditate and reflect on the last seven sayings of Je-sus upon the cross on Wednesdays during Lent (February 21 & 28, March 7, 14, & 21). All are welcome to come and experience these

    powerful words that impact our lives!

    Jazz Service Sunday, February 11

    at 10 am with the Mark Braud Band

    One service for all - children, adults, teens, parade goers, jazz music

    lovers, visitors & members alike, King cake connoisseurs, krewe

    members and Mardi Gras aficionados! All are welcome!

    Stay for lunch after the service! Rayne 20/30 will sell hot dog lunches to raise money for the Crescent City Cafe expansion.

    Hot dog meals will be $8 including all the fixins,

    chips, and dessert. Support a great cause by buying a lunch & bringing a friend!

    Wrist bands will be needed to enter the

    building or circle drive while enjoying the parades after worship. Please purchase ($5

    each for anyone age 5 and over) wrist bands for each person and plan to stay with your guests.

    Romantic 7-Course Gourmet Dinner featuring foods from Spain

    Crescent City Café This young adult ministry, “compelled by the love of Christ,” serves a gourmet breakfast restaurant-style with dignity and grace to those in need twice monthly.     The Rayne Food Pantry is BARE!!! The items needed are: canned meat (tuna fish, chicken, Vienna Sausag-es), canned vegetables, soup (not condensed), chili, stew, and single canned meals (Ravioli, Spaghettios, Beefaroni, etc.). Most of our neigh-bors seeking food do not have a way

    to prepare it. When possible, it is better to purchase cans with easy open tabs, pouches, cartons or bottles.

    Hot Dogs for a Cause on Jazz Sunday Sunday, February 11

    Volunteer with us to cook and sell hot dog lunches to raise money for the Crescent City Cafe expansion. Hot dog meals will be $8

    including all the fixins, chips, and dessert following the 10 am Jazz Sunday service. We'd love your support in buying a lunch, telling

    Volunteer with YLC Recycles February 11

    YLC Recycles will be debuting a new pilot program this year in partnership with the Arc of Greater New Orleans where we will be collecting plastic bottles and cups, aluminum cans and Mardi Gras beads to recycle. The YLC and Arc need 100 volunteers for

    each parade to be successful. Water, snacks, and clean restroom facilities will be provided. Please sign-up for one or more shifts.
