Noche de ZUMBA

Día: LUNES 30 DE ENERO.

Lugar: GIMNASIO DE LA ESCUELA.

Hora: A LAS 6:00 PM.

Es completamente gratis y todos están cordialmente invitados.

Entrenamiento para Tomar la Presión.

El grupo de salud necesita voluntarios

que deseen aprender a tomar la presión

arterial para ayudarnos a tomar la

presión en la comunidad. El

entrenamiento se realizara en un día. Se

servirá un pequeño refrigerio.

Día: LUNES 20 DE FEBRERO

Lugar: CUARTO DE REUNIONES

Hora: 12PM A 4PM

Blood Pressure Training

The health group needs volunteers who

would like to learn how to take blood

pressure, in order to help the group to

serve in the community. The training

will be provided in one day. Refresh-

ments will be served.
