Ingredients:

Coleslaw Ingredients 1 bag (16 ounces) shredded cabbage/coleslaw mix 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained ½ cup peanuts, optional

Dressing Ingredients 2/3 cup light Italian dressing 2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Directions:

1. Mix together the coleslaw mix, nuts and mandarin oranges in a large bowl.

2. Stir in the Italian dressing and soy sauce.
