A team leader with a sense of initiative and independence when the need arises. Can perform well under great pressure. I am especially taken by Mervin’s dedication to be a successful doctor. Growing up surrounded by a good number of Thomasian doctors in the family, he developed the compassion to serve the people and improve their quality of life. I can see the willingness to undergo years of training and sacrifice and for this I believe that he will be a strong asset to the Thomasian community.
