The I-4 Ultimate project also include improvements to Maitland Boulevard, from Gateway Drive to just beyond Hope Road. Elevating Maitland Boulevard over Lake Destiny Road, Keller Road and Maitland Summit Boulevard adds access points and eliminates traffic signals to promote better traffic flow.

Express entrance ramp from eastbound I-4 general use lanes to eastbound Express Lanes

Exit ramp from eastbound general use lanes to westbound Maitland Boulevard, eastbound Maitland Boulevard or Sandspur Road. Eastbound I-4 exit ramp provides direct access to:

a. Eastbound I-4 exit ramp to westbound Maitland Boulevard provides direct access with a loop ramp eliminating the traffic signal

OR

b. Eastbound I-4 exit ramp merges into eastbound Maitland Boulevard

OR

c. Eastbound I-4 exit ramp provides direct access to Sandspur Road eliminating weaving movement with eastbound Maitland Boulevard traffic.

Entrance ramp from eastbound and westbound Maitland Boulevard provides direct free flowing access to eastbound I-4 ramps eliminating the traffic signal
