Aconsejamostenermuchocuidadoenlainstalacióndelosreductoresysufijación,paraevitaralmáximolas

vibraciones,conestefinesrecomendableintercalarentreelreductorylasuperficiedeapoyounestratode

materialantivibrante.

Tambiénesdefundamentalimportanciaelcorrectoalineamientoentreelejedelreductoryelejedelaaplicación,

dondelaalineaciónseadifícilseaconsejaelusodejuntasautoalineantes.Sisetienenprevistassobrecargasde

esfuerzosedebeponerentreelreductorylamaquinalimitadoresdepar,fricción,etc.

Losreductoresdecoronasinfinnormalesnoestánpreparadosparasoportarcargasaxialeselevadassobreel

eje lento desalida.Paravaloressuperioresaestascargassedebeconsiderarlaposibilidaddeevitarestas

sobrecargasparaasíevitarroturas.

Encasodepintarlosreductoresaconsejamosprotegerlosretenesafindeevitarelcontactodelapinturaconel

materialdequeestánhechos.

También se aconseja hacer el cambio de aceite después de las primeras 500 horas de trabajo, realizando

posteriormentesucesivoscambioscada3000horas.Encadacambioseefectuaráunalimpiezainternaparaevitar

restos depolvodeacero.Losreductoresquecontienengrasadeporvidanonecesitanningúnmantenimientoni

cambiodellubricante.
