There is an initial driveway approach which has been tarmaced leading into a large gravelled parking area with space for numerous vehicles, there are gardens on three sides of the property comprising a large area of mostly level lawn, with two paved sun terraces to very much follow the sun around the property throughout the day, with some views out to Falmouth Bay from the garden. There is also a large shed on a concrete base. One of the features of the property is that part of the boundary walling historically formed part of an old stone and granite mining house which has long since gone. The remaining parts make a very nice feature indeed. There is also a significant stone granite ventilation shaft in the garden. This was investigated in detail when the property was built and there are no mining works that we are aware of on or around the property itself and the ventilation shaft makes for a very nice feature in the garden.
