Skin  Care  Rx  

Refresh   is   excited   that   we   will   soon   be  able   to   offer   our   patients   a   beautiful  range   of   cosmeceutical   facial   products.    Skin   Care   Rx   is   an   Australian   made   skin  care  range  that  we  are  very  lucky  to  have  been   introduced   to.   At   Refresh   we   take  great  care  in  looking  after  everyone’s  oral  health  so  now  we  want  to  extend  that  to  looking   after   skin   health.     Skincare   Rx  products  are  not  available  to  buy  in  stores  as   they   are   reserved   for   dermatologists  and  cosmetic  surgery  practices.    Skin  Care  Rx  is  an  anti-­‐aging  range  which  is  paraben  free,   sulphate   free,   fragrance   free   and   is  not   tested   on   animals.     Refresh   will   also  be   introducing   Skincare   Rx   range   of   in-­‐surgery   peels   and   facials.    We   can’t   wait  for   this   range  of  products  to  arrive   in  the  practice.

Did you know that more people use blue toothbrushes rather than red ones!

Loyalty  Program  

We   have   started   a   loyalty   program   for  referrals.    For  every  friend  you  refer,  who  receives  treatment,  we  will  give  you  a  $10  Coles/Myer  gift  card.    Use  our  Refresh  App  and  “check  in’’  when  you  arrive  at  Refresh  to   track  your   visits  or  we  can   track   these  for   you.     For   your   third   Active  Maintenance   visit   (check   up   and   clean)  you   will   receive   20%   discount   off   that  appointment.    When  you  get  to  your  sixth  Active   Maintenance   visit   we   will   only  charge  you  the  health  fund  rebate,  so  you  will   have   no   out   of   pocket   expense   for  that  visit!!

Refresh  at  Prime  Practice  

At  the  recent  Prime  practice  workshop  we  all   had   a   great   time   and   learned   some  invaluable   information.     We   shall   be  implementing   some   of   these   new  strategies  as  we  strive  to  make  continued  improvements   for   our   patients   and   the  practice.    We   also   enjoyed   the   ambience  by   the   river   whilst   having   a   lovely   lunch  during  a  break  from  learning,  yum!!!
