During an Initial Evatuation
• Whether the child is a chitd with a disability, asdefined in § 300.8, and the educational needs ofthe child;

Once the referraL has been given and the parenthas signed consent the timetine for assessmentbegins

For the 3 yr ReevaLuation
The REED shoutd be conducted prior tothe due date and with enough time forany requested evatuation to becompleted and report written by the duedate of the three-year reevaluation.
IFor Any Other Reevaluation
• The REED process must be completedprior to any reevaluation to determinewhat data is needed. For any otherreevaluation that is not the three-yearreevaluation, it must be completed bythe time tine designated by the ARDCommittee (ARDC).

• If the chitd has a Visuat Impairment and/orAuditory Impairment the MDT witi include theVI and/or Al teacher.
• White we’ve reviewed a list of individuals whomay be part of the MDT, it is not an atlinctusive list. There may be other individuatswho will need to be included depending on thechild’s identified needs such as an adaptivephysicat education teacher, an art therapist, anin-home trainer, etc.
