This time, the organization of the RBC comes back to where it was all started – to Slovenia. The
RBC 2018 will be held in Zreče resort between May 16th and May 20th 2018. With 200 expected
participants and 5 days of stimulating interactions it is expected to be the most important
European event in the field between the two subsequent EBSA meetings.

The RBC 2018 is specifically designed to match the interests of sponsors, which in turn help us to
support up to 100 young participants to attend this event. The interaction between sponsorship
activities and participants is maximized by merging the presentations and exhibitions of the
sponsors with the main daily events such as social events and the poster sessions.

ADVERTISEMENTS OF YOUR COMPANY VIA AN ACTIVE LOGO , ,
The RBC 2018 conference will be completely “online”, including the program and the e-book of abstract.
We therefore offer you to publish your company’s logo as an active link from our website to yours, in the
e-Book of Abstracts and within the interactive e-program, which will be available also on the smart phones.
For those who want to show up even more we offer to sponsor a session by placing your logo with an active
link to your webpage from the session’s interactive-program available on the smart phone as well as by
printed version of the logo exposed during the session.

PRESENTATION DURING POSTER SESSION
: The organizer offers the opportunity to present products and services of the
sponsors within one 10 min Open stage presentation during a poster session
on an open stage in the poster hall. This item is included in the platinum and
gold sponsorship packages.

EXHIBITION
: A commercial exhibition will be joined with the poster sessions and social events to boost
interaction with the participants. Two options will be available with respect to space rental: 4 m2
and 9 m2. The rental of the basic furniture like tables is included as well as the connections to
electric power supply and internet.
Payment of 4m2 by or on February 1st 2018 870 EUR
Payment of 9m2 by or on February 1st 2018 1740 EUR
Payment of 4m2 after February 1st 2018 1160 EUR
Payment of 9m2 after February 1st 2018 2030 EUR
Allocation of space will be treated as a first-come first-served basis (except for “level” sponsors).
The organiser reserves the right to alter the location of the booth requested by the exhibitor. The
map of the possible locations will be available on request.
: All personnel must be registered and wear exhibitor’s badge. Exhibitors’ packages include one or
two delegate admissions according to the size of the exhibition space:
4 m2 - 1 free exhibitor badge
9 m2 - 2 free exhibitor badges
Exhibitor’s badges allow access to exhibition and the scientific sessions, all the social events, and
refreshments during breaks.
Payment Policy
The rates listed are the subject to the European VAT laws.
All rates in the Invitation for sponsors and exhibitors exclude 22% statutory VAT, which is obligatory to pay
by applying companies. Total amount must be paid upon receipt of an invoice. If payment is not received
by congress organisers in due time sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for the problems that may
occur. All confirmations will be sent after the invoice is paid.
