ObjectivesWho should attend?The Cert IV WHS program is suitable for people working in a Work Health and Safety (WHS) role who work to provide leadership and guidance to others and have some limited responsibility for the output of others. There are no pre-requisite requirements for this course.

There is extensive demand for WHS Practitioners in both the private and public sector. The Cert IV WHS program is suitable for people working in a Work Health and Safety (WHS) role who work to provide leadership and guidance to others and have some limited responsibility for the output of others.
TheCertificateIVqualificationcomplements Managers and workers who apply a broad knowledge base and well developed skills in a wide variety of contextsandmayinclude,managers,supervisors,WHScoordinators,advisors and facilitators. We encourage participants to integrate their learning with work based activities and to apply the new knowledge & skills in their own work environment.
All 10 units require the participant to complete an assessment questionnaireandspecificassignmentsfortheoveralllayoutofthe course. The course is available either as a group face to face or externally to individuals.
For external study the facilitator will undertake an initial interview with the participant. The external program is designed to be self-passed,andismentoredbyexperiencedandcertifiedsafetyprofessionals,whohavepracticedsafetyintherealworld.
On completion of this course participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for nationally accredited modules.
