Chapter 1. Getting Invited on ZSN by a customer
Step 1: Invitation mail from Customer On receiving the below mail from “Zycus Supplier Network”
Click on the link mentioned in the email, you will be navigated to the below page where your data
will be auto-filled based on the details provided by your customer.
You will be taken to the below screen

On checking and editing the necessary details, you can click on submit.
Note: Your email address is non editable as it is the user id to login to ZSN.
Step 2: Self registering in case invitation mail not received.
Note: In case you lose this mail, you can directly click on Create Account option on the login page,
do a self-registration and follow the steps same as below.

On clicking on Create Account the user will be taken to the below page where the user can fill out
their details and register themselves.
On entering all the necessary details click on button and follow the steps same as
Activation of account.
Note: In case you get the any error message on trying to self-register please follow the steps as
mentioned in Error while self-registering section.
Step 3: Error while self-registering.
3.1 Email already registered error
While you try to register on ZSN in case you get the following error message as shown below then
select on the self-registration page.

You will be redirected to Login page. Click on Trouble signing in? On login screen.
You will be taken to the below screen.

Click on I forgot my password.
Enter your email id as entered in the self-registration page.

On entering the same email id, select Submit.
Following screen will appear.

You will receive the following email on the email id entered.
Please click on Reset now.

Please enter new password ,confirm new password and click on Reset Password.(Password should
be of minimum 8 characters)
On clicking reset password, you will be taken to the following screen where you can login and
access your account as mentioned in Accessing your company profile section.
3.2 Account not activated error
While you try to register on ZSN in case you get the following error message as shown below then
click here on the self-registration page to resend the activation link to the registered email id. On
receiving the activation mail you can follow the steps as show in Activation of account section.

Step 4: Activation of account
Once submit the details, you will be redirected to the login screen with the message showing that
an account activation mail will be sent to your registered mail address.
You will receive the below shown mail to the email address for account activation.

On clicking on the link in the mail, you will be taken to the login screen where your account will be
activated.
Note: The activation link is valid only for 30 days. In case you do not activate it within 30 days, you
can request for activation link again from the login page.
You can then enter your credential and login to your account.
4.1 Resending Activation link

In case the activation link wasn’t use to activate the account within 30 days of receiving the email,
you can follow the below mentioned steps to resend the activation link.
On login screen, click .
On clicking on Trouble signing in following page will appear.

Enter the email id and click on Submit.

On entering submit following page will appear.
You will receive the below shown mail to the email address for account activation.

On clicking on the link in the mail, you will be taken to the login screen where your account will be
activated.
Note: The activation link is valid only for 30 days. In case you do not activate it within 30 days, you
can request for activation link again from the login page.
After activation follow the steps as shown in Accessing your company profile section.
Step 5: Accessing your company profile.
Once you login, you have been successfully connected to the customer. You will not have to
register/create your company.
You can view the customer you are linked to from Manage Companies - > My customers.
You will be taken to the below page.

On clicking My customers below page will appear.
You can click on the edit icon to add more details to the customer that customer has requested.
To see if the customer has requested for any additional details, add Supplier Requests card to your
dashboard where the requests from customer will appear under the status Awaiting Response
which indicates customer wants you to enter more details about your company.

You can also see the alerts from Side Panel Menu -> My Account -> Customer Name
You will be taken to the below page.

On selecting Edit icon you can add details to the company profile as shown below.
Enter the necessary details and select Save & Submit. In case you would like to save as draft and
edit details later you can click Save & Exit.
To access the profile saved as draft, follow the same steps as mentioned in this section, click on
Edit icon against the company profile which will show Draft status.

On successful completion your information will go for approval and appear as Pending Approval in
the My requests card and page.
Note: Once you click Save & Submit you will not be able to edit the details until the details get
approved by the customer.

Chapter 2. Editing your company details
In case you want to edit the company details, you will have to follow the below steps:
You can view the customer you are linked to from Manage Companies - > My customers.
You will be taken to the below page.
On clicking My customers below page will appear.

You can click on the edit icon to edit your company profile for that customer.
On selecting Edit icon you can add details to the company profile as shown below.
Enter the necessary details and select Save & Submit. In case you would like to save as draft and
edit details later you can click Save & Exit.
To access the profile saved as draft, follow the same steps as mentioned in this section, click on
Edit icon against the company profile which will show Draft status.

Once you submit the request you will not be able to edit your profile until the customer doesn’t
approve your edit request. In case you click edit again you will be shown the following error
message.
Note: In case you want to be able to edit the profile, you will need to contact your customer and ask
them to approve the previous request before you will be able to edit your profile again.
