ACCOMMODATION

A host needs to provide the following: the same standard of accommodation for all

players No more than 4 players per room, no more

than 2 officials per room, single en suite rooms for EUSA officials and VIPs

En suite bathroom facilities, if student residential accommodation is being used, toilet and shower facilities must be in a ratio of 1:6

CATERING

Breakfast, lunch and dinner to be taken within easy distance of either the residential accommodation or of the playing facility. Opening hours !

The menus should be geared towards the athletes’ nutritional requirement, and vegetarian meals must also be available upon request. Breakfast sufficient !

The dining halls must be able to cope with a sitting of 50% of the championship’s participants at any one time
