Rawlinson & Hunter Bermuda is delighted to announce the admission of Alex Whittaker and Ryan Jones to the Partnership, with effect July 1, 2019.

Both Alex and Ryan have been with the Firm for over 8 years, and currently lead the trust, corporate and accounting teams. They have been key to the growth of the Firm particularly in the past few years, where they have been involved in expanding R&H’s traditional client base to regions such as Latin America and Asia.

Alex specializes in the development and on-going management, administration and accounting of multi-jurisdictional financial structures, particularly private trust companies, trusts and associated companies. He takes pride in each of his engagement teams providing a responsive and dedicated service. He is an active member in Bermuda’s trust industry and is the current deputy chair of the STEP Bermuda branch. Within the office, Alex oversees the students enrolled in professional designation programs and sits on the Bermuda CPA student committee.

Ryan has significant experience in accounting, trust and corporate services and is committed to offering quality client service. He assists his international client base with the establishment of Bermuda trusts and companies, supporting their ongoing accounting, administration and regulatory requirements. Internally, he oversees the continued development in systems and cybersecurity, and improving efficiency. Ryan is active in Bermuda’s private client industry and is on the committee of the Bermuda Association of Licensed Trustees.
