Vibrasi tinggi di sebabkan Unbalance yang sering terjadi

pada gas turbin dapat di selesaikan dengan menggunakan

cara balancing.

Dengan metode balancing yang menggunakan data history

atau effect of balance weight pada saat trial weight akan jauh

lebih efektif dari pada balancing dual plane pada umumnya.

Dengan metode balancing yang lebih efektif maka akan

sangat berguna baik terhadap umur maupun keandalan unit

sehingga berpengaruh pendapatan perusahaan.

Ruang Lingkup

Ruang lingkup karya inovasi ini di mulai dari proses temuan

vibrasi tinggi pada saat pengambilan data start setelah inspec

tion maupun operasi normal dengan sistem BNC to BNC.

Hasil data vibrasi di lanjutkan dengan analisa vibrasi dan

analisa balancing ( mengaplikasikan metode data history /

Effect of balance weight ).

Kemudian di lanjutkan mengaplikasikan hasil analisa balan

cing di unit yaitu pemasangan balance weight atau balance

plug pada rotor gas turbin.

Metodologi

Melakukan pengambilan data vibrasi dan sudut fasa pada

saat start sampai benar – benar steady ( ± 10° ).

Melakukan simulasi analisa atau perhitungan balancing

yaitu dengan meresultan atau menjumlahkan data hasil start

awal ( initial ) dengan data history ( effect of balance weight )

dengan menggunakan vektor.

Mengaplikasikan simulasi perhitungan balancing dengan

memasang balance weight pada rotor turbin dengan benar.
