Signage: Signage will be placed on the awnings and windows. Reliance Bank is open to working with the development committee and Park Central to create a design for a sign that will be a positive addition to Manchester and the Grove

Parking:

The parking lot will consist of 13 parking spaces. Reliance Bank is open to working with Park Central and the Grove Community

Improvement Districts to allow the lot to be used for evening parking purposes.

Project Costs:

Construction Cost: $750,876.00Bank Build Out: $125,000.00Total: $875,876.00

Project Timeline:

Site Control: January, 2014Construction Start: February, 2014Construction Completion: August, 2014Occupancy: September, 2014

Park Central Recommendation: Support of 10-Year Tax Abatement with the following conditions:

  Pay $1,500.00 to have the “Evolution of the Bike” mural restored at 4301 Manchester or another building within the Grove.  

  Work with Park Central Development on the design of a sign that will add value to Manchester Ave and the Grove.

  Make the parking lot available to the Grove Community Improvement District during evening hours.

  Restore all historical windows and doors to the property.
