Leads

Business for Associates, information for consumers Through remax.com, consumers can search for properties in any of the more than 70 countries served by RE/MAX. Associates in the U.S. and portions of Canada benefit from LeadStreet, a lead-generation and management system.

All the listings – U.S. visitors to remax.com can view all the listings in thousands of cities and towns. In most other countries, regional RE/MAX Web sites display listings belonging to RE/MAX Affiliates.

Aggressive promotion – Advertising on TV and radio, as well as in print, directs consumers to remax.com. Millions of buyers and sellers visit the site.

No referral fees – RE/MAX International doesn’t charge referral fees on leads from remax.com. More than 7 million leads have gone directly to U.S. Associates and offices.

Tools for Associates – LeadStreet has a comprehensive set of lead-management resources, including enhanced listing display capabilities, contact management, drip e-mail campaigns and reporting tools.

Resources for consumers – Visitors to remax.com can now search over 1 million pre-foreclosure, auction and foreclosure listings. They also enjoy tools such as comparable home values, Enhanced Mapping, information for buyers and sellers, Home Finder e-mail alerts and regularly updated consumer articles.

RE/MAX Commercial Information Exchange – powered by Catylist – A Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) for commercial real estate is similar to a Multiple Listing Service for residential real estate. CIEs help people exchange commercial real estate information – including properties, listings, transactions and contacts. For more on the RE/MAX CIE, e-mail [email protected].

Lead-Generation and Acceptance Process:1. Leads resulting from consumer inquiries are routed directly to RE/MAX Associates.

2. Associates receive the notifications on their computer or mobile device.

3. Associates can accept leads instantly by e-mail or text messaging.

4. Upon acceptance, Associates receive the consumer’s contact information..2

Marketing

Professionally designed marketing materialsto promote your listings and yourselfThe RE/MAX Design Center, accessible at no additional charge in the United States, most of Canada and many other countries, provides more than 1,300 high-quality marketing materials. Several hundred of the templates are customized and branded with additional RE/MAX images.

Features of the Design Center:Your information automatically added – Enter your phone numbers, e-mail address and Web site address – and upload your photo – once, and they automatically populate every subsequent project.

Print and multimedia projects available – Choose among brochures, flyers, postcards, property cards, Web commercials, virtual tours and slide shows.

Phrase, Image and Article Assistants – Save commonly used phrases and easily insert them into your projects, or select RE/MAX trademarked phrases. Load photos once into the Image Assistant and easily retrieve them as needed. Insert short articles describing common real estate processes.

Convenient printing options – Once you’ve created a project, you can print it yourself, take it to a local printing shop or send it electronically to a printer affiliated with the Design Center.

Multimedia options – For multimedia projects such as Web commercials and virtual tours, the system automatically creates URLs. Then you can e-mail them or imbed them in your Web site.

Getting Creative With Design Center:

1. Create quick and easy takeaways for open houses.

2. Build dynamic personal promotion materials – printed or multimedia.
