Search Listings
• In the Navigation Toolbar, select Search Listings
Search Listings
•Click Search to populate listings•Click on address to view on remax.com• Click blue notepad to open listing
Profile Setup
General Tab

Activities Tab
• View any leads generated on this listing• Any Open Houses or manually entered Activity
Contacts Tab
• Link the listing to a contact Notify Co-Agent and the linked contact when leads are accepted
Brochure Tab
• Enter a full Brochure Description• Link for a Virtual Tour• Unlimited photos
Advanced Tab
• Add Additional Room Details and Listing Features (Attached heated garage, etc)
Microsite Homepage
• URL is agentname.remax.com• Customizable Market Area, Agent Business Card Info, About page• Designate which Featured Properties and Searches you want to appear
Domain Registration
• Register a domain that is creative and memorable for your clients• Ensure that your domain complies with the RE/MAX trademark guidelines. View the Graphics and Trademark standards on Mainstreet.

Tracking Script gives you the ability to add tracking code to each page of your website, allowing you to: Analyze traffic to your website• Gain valuable insight about who is visiting your site• Identify which pages in your website are most popular• Identify how consumers found your website• Determine ROI on your marketing initiatives, and much more
There are several ways to acquire a tracking script. Google Analytics (www.google.com/analytics) & Webtrends (www.webtrends.com) are two of many vendors who can provide you with a tracking script.

• To keep your enhancements from being overwritten by Mainstreet, uncheck the “Refresh My Data From Mainstreet “checkbox. • Use the Title field to enter professional designations.• Define your market areas; market areas can be defined as cities, counties, informal areas, or communities. Market areas are displayed as text on the home page of your website. • Upload your Agent/Team Photo
Featured Listings
• A Featured Property allows you to showcase your listings on the homepage of your website. Featured Properties are displayed as thumbnails and automatically rotate each time the page is visited or refreshed. • Automatic Rotation is the default setting and will automatically rotate between your own listings, office listings, or a team members listings each time your website is visited. Select any additional criteria such as, price range, property types, or choose to only show listings with photos.
Featured Searches
• Customizing featured searches attract new visitors/repeat visitors by showcasing listings of the most in demand communities or any number of search criteria relevant to your marketplace.• Featured Searches are displayed on the homepage of your website and can also be accessed by clicking on the Featured Searches link.
Edit Webpage Content
• To customize your About Page, select the Page Manager under Setup
