Thank you to staff, students and parents on your warm welcome to

the school community. It is a great honour to be Principal of such a

dynamic and exciting school. I am looking forward to meeting you all

at the many functions and learning opportunities run by the school

in the near future.

One of my first impressions about the school is the very happy and

engaged way students relate to their teachers in the classroom and

playground. Children always seem to have a bright disposition and

really do enjoy the work they engage with. I am very impressed with

the classroom facilities, playground opportunities and the resources

available to staff and students in most areas of the curriculum.

I am sure as we grow together many new initiatives and ideas will

begin. I will be asking your advice about school culture, direction

and educational aspirations in the near future as well as asking you

to participate in the Tell Them From Me statewide schools survey.

Using this information will assist the school greatly in ensuring its

directions are compatible both with community expectations and

departmental mandatory requirements.

Please feel free to come in for a chat, my door will be open to

discuss your family and our school working collaboratively

together to achieve the best outcomes possible.
