Instructions to Home/Remote Access of HMC Gateway1. Open your Internet Explore. Go to the site (http://access.hmc.org.qa)

2. Type your HMC user ID and Password. Click the Login Button.

3. If you are promoted for installing an ActiveX Component; please choose install. This step may ormay not appear depending on the IE setting on your computer/laptop.

4. Under File Shares, Click on Citrix ICA Client Installation to install the ICA Client.

5. Click on ica32web.msi

6. Click on Download.

7. “Do you want to run this software?” a screen will appear, click on Run Button. This willautomatically install the ICA Client. It will take up to 15 min, depending on your internet speed.

8. ICA Client installation: Citrix Presentation Server Client – Web Only Setup.Click Next Button.

9. Citrix Presentation Server Client – Web Only Setup:Press on I Accept the license agreement, and then click the Next Button.

10. Citrix Presentation Server Client – Web Only Setup:Click the Next Button.

12. Installation is almost complete, Click the Finish Button.

13. In order for complete the installation, Restart your computer.

14. Open your Internet Explore. Go to the site (http://access.hmc.org.qa)

15. Type your HMC user ID and Password. Click the Login Button.

16. You can now run any service listed on the left hand side of the screen. These applications areassigned to you as requested. Please note that the Citrix ICA Client Installation on the right handof the screen will always be available in case you require to repeat the installation again.

Additional Remarks: These steps may not be required according to your PC/Laptop setting.Remark1: If you get promoted for an ICA ClientSetting, please select as follows and click the OkButton. Otherwise, please ignore.

Remark2: if necessary to add the access gatewaysite (https://access.hmc.org.qa) as trusted sites,please follow the instructions:1. In your browser, Go to Tools,2. Select Internet Options, then Security Tab.3. Click on Trusted Sites; select the Site Name from

the list of Websites and click the Add Button4. Click the Close Button, click OK Button
