Mhairi is a partner in Dentons' Dubai office. She is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer focusing on energy and infrastructure projects, advising on project development, M&A and capital markets in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

MMhairi focuses in parcular on ulies projects (convenonal power and water projects, wastewater and renewables, including solar, wind and waste-to-energy) and upstream oil and gas projects (including acquisions and disposals, development of upstream oil and gas projects, and sales arrangements). She also advises on public internaonal law issues related to internaonal projects (BITs, sancons and boundary disputes).

MMhairi advises sponsors, lenders, contractors and public sector clients in numerous jurisdicons, across the MENA region and beyond. She has advised on a number of award-winning and ground-breaking deals in the MENA region.

Cancellaon:IIf you are unable to aend, a substute delegate from the same firm will be very welcome in your place. If this is not suitable, the course must be paid in full. If the date and/or venue of the training course have been agreed and LexisNesix wishes either to reschedule or cancel it, LexisNexis reserves the right to apply training fee to the reschedule and cancel the training. If LexisNexis does not reschedule and cancel the training, LexisNexis shall return the training fee to client less an amount equal to any expenses incurred by LexisNexis in connecon with the provision of any services.
