Renewing Your Registrationwith the Northern Ireland Social Care Council

In order to complete the renewal of your registration, youwill need to login to your online account and completethe short renewal application form. Once you submit yourapplication form your invoice will appear in order for youto make payment online. Northern Ireland Social Care Council Online : https://portal.niscc.org/

STEP 1: Login to your online account via the‘Login’ page

If you have an existing online account, but can’tremember your username and/or password please use the‘Forgotten Password/Username’ function located withinthe ‘Login’ section of the Social Care Council Online.

STEP 2: Navigate to the renewal applicationpage

Part 1: please read the Guidance section. Once finishedclick ‘Next Page’.

STEP 3: Complete your online renewalapplication form

Part 2: complete the ‘Personal’ Details’, ensuring that allmandatory fields are completed. Once finished click ‘NextPage’.

Part 3: complete the ‘Renewal Current Employment’section, ensuring that your employment details are up-to-date and correct. Once finished click ‘Next Page’.

Part 4: complete the ‘Renewal Current Employment’ensuring that your employment details are up-to-dateand correct. Once finished click ‘Next Page’.

Part 5: complete the ‘Renewal Regulatory Bodies’ byanswering ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to the questions below. Oncefinished click ‘Next Page’.

Part 6: complete the ‘Renewal Disciplinary’ Record’ byanswering ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to the questions below. Oncefinished click ‘Next Page’.

Part 7: complete the ‘Renewal Criminal Offences section’by answering ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to the questions below. Oncefinished click ‘Next Page’.

Part 8: complete the ‘Renewal Health’ by answering ‘Yes’or ‘No’ to the questions below. Once finished click ‘NextPage’.

Part 9: complete the ‘Personal Declaration’ by ticking the‘Declaration’ box, then click ‘Submit’.

Renewal Fee Payment – once you have completed &submitted your renewal application form an invoice willappear below your submitted application and you canthen proceed to make your payment online. Alternatively,you can call our fee payments line on 028 95 362600(option 1) and pay over the telephone.
