Dear friends ,

President Trump called me this morning toexpress his great appreciation for our effort to

file an amicus brief in the Texas case on behalfof concerned Members of Congress . He

specifically askedmeto contact all

Republican Members of theHouse and

Senate today and request that all join on to

our brief. He said he will be anxiously awaitingthe final list to review..

The simple objective of our brief is to affirm for

the Court ( and our constituents back homeserious concerns with the integrity of ourelection system . We are not seeking to

independently litigate the particular allegationsof fraud in our brief ( that is not our place asamici ) . We will merely state our belief that thebroad scope of the various allegations and

irregularities in the subject states merits careful ,timely review by the Supreme CourtSo many House Republicans have wanted to

weigh in on the record somewhere and this maywell be the last opportunity .

I am hoping to circulate the brief draft to allinterested Members by this afternoon and to file

the final brief as soon as possible ( by tomorrow

morning at latest ) .
