We will be doing this by creating a large public event at the garden of Central Park Mall where everyone present and interested will be able to take part – anticipated amount being at least 200 people. We want to request a sponsorship of fabric from Monbebe Textile Company because we have done research and heard that your company aims to go green as well for your future productions. We will be organizing this event into detail, creating a perfect event so that hopefully upcoming fashion will be made using naturally dyed fabric instead of harmful synthetic ways. We will be doing this by researching on what will benefit both parties and which choices will be best for the event. It will be done in several places, from contacting companies that we think will be of immense help at our office, to meeting each representative to get the best deal. It will take about three months with a budget of IDR200million. PROJECT BACKGROUND Our company was started by Vanessa Ryanto, an advocate interested in the well-being of our world’s environment with a passion for fashion. She has since young, realized the large number factories – that are constantly growing – producing dyed fabrics in mass amounts while releasing the same amount of harmful gases and wastes to the skies and seas. In the year of 2015, not long ago, she debuted her first line of clothes made with naturally dyed fabrics and also created Go Green Foundation with the intention of showing the public that fashion doesn’t necessarily have to be created by causing harm to the environment.

Since Go Green Foundation is a fairly new organization, there are many problems that will undoubtedly have chances of occurring with our big ambition of gathering as many people as we can to take part in this event. The problems might include not getting enough materials for our event and not being able to gather the anticipated amount of people to join our event. PROJECT OBJECTIVES Our project objectives are derived from the 5Ws and 1H.

1.! What are we going to do for the event?

We are going to be having several activities during the event. There will be performances by one of our confirmed bands that have agreed to sponsor us in this event, a singing competition and a drawing competition for kids. The main event will be the ‘natural dyeing mass class’. This is when we will be using the huge space provided (all covered with plastic covers to protect the space from getting stained by dye) and teaching every single participant who wants to join how to dye a fabric naturally.

2.! Who are our target audience?

The target audience of our event are honestly speaking, anyone of age to understand that our environment needs helping and how to help our environment. However, young children are also our target because they will help bring their parents to join our event as well.

3.! When will the event be held?

The event will be held on the 13th and 14th of August.

4.! Where will the event be held?

It will be held at the garden of Central Park Mall.

5.! Why are we choosing all those above?

We chose to have several activities so that a lot more people will be attracted, especially families. Our target audience vary because the more people that are aware of this issue, the better. Lastly, we chose those particular dates (weekends) because those are when most people are free and Central Park Mall because the mall’s garden is big and spacious. (And the mall agreed to sponsor our event)

6.! How are we going to do it?

We will do our absolute best to create the perfect event by gathering as many people interested to help us and by paying attention to every detail and making sure the issue of harmful synthetic dyeing in fashion comes across as many people’s understanding and so that they will have a fun time learning about it as well.

PROJECT METHODOLOGY The project objectives will be achieved by us doing thorough research and gathering complete information to pick the most genuine partners and best materials for our event. We will be searching the web and contacting previous partners as well as current confirmed partners to choose the absolute best. Population of this project included will be many, including Vanessa Ryanto herself, our team in Go Green Foundation, the confirmed and future partners for our event as well as the staff that will be present during the actual event itself. Though we hope not, there will be problems as any other project will have, and therefore we will handle these problems with experience and patience, solving them smartly and ethically.
