Work environment• The residence of Mr. Verma the founder of Ganton is at Verma Estates which are spread over 5 acres of lush

gardens in South Delhi and is staffed by 100+ employees in day and night shifts.

Job profile - Hostesses • Two HOSTESSES are required at Verma Estate and their job profile in brief will be:

• HOSTESSES may be responsible for a variety of job duties. Because they are the first employees whom most visitors meet when they enter Verma Estates they should be able to leave a lasting impression in the minds of the visitors & guests. Hostesses serve a major role in establishing the atmosphere for the guests. They will courteously greet visitors and accompany them to waiting areas until Mr. Verma is ready to meet them. Hostesses will arrange meetings for Mr. Verma and assist him in planning special events at his estate such as parties and banquets and supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room & kitchen staff.

• Their job duties also would include inspecting serving stations to insure that they are clean, neat, and contain the necessary dining room supplies. Hostesses will also look after table and flower decorations & the bar-stocks and replenishments.

• The duties of Hosts and Hostesses are not limited to the actual dining room operations. Other common duties may include the tasks of interviewing, hiring, and training new staff, as well as discharging unsatisfactory personnel. They may be responsible for the scheduling of work hours and for keeping time records of the rest of the staff. They may also be asked to help plan the lunch and dinner menus for various days of the week. They may also have to pick up groceries and shopping lists from supermarkets and delicacy & wine shops.

Compensation

• Attractive tax free salary paid in US Dollars monthly.

• Luxuriously furnished living quarters for the two Hostesses.

• A staff car with a chauffeur on 24x7 duty of the Hostesses.

• Three meals a day shall be provided.

• Bonuses & perks on excellent performance from time to time.

• Free mobile & internet WiFi shall be provided.

• One day of the week will be the day off.

• Duty hours would be from 10am onwards.

• Chance to visit other cities of India & the world as the entourage of Mr. Verma in private jets.

• Uniforms for daily wear & attire for social events shall be provided.

• An airticket to the country of the Hostesses and paid leave for a week, once every three months shall be

provided.

• Extra compensation if the Hostesses can perform special skills such as bartending, deejay’ing & secretarial

support.

• Age group of the hostesses: 18-25yrs. Knowledge of English is mandatory and non-smokers only.

• Contract of employment for three months to six months, extendable by another six months.
