Stantec’s Visioning Brands Experiences group has provided a

comprehensive scope of services to Stonebridge Companies

for the visioning, planning, and architectural design of this

prominent site in central Boulder, Colorado.

The Residence Inn Boulder is a newly proposed 171-room

hotel for the site at the southwest corner of Canyon Boulevard

and 26th Street. It will feature approximately 5,800 square

feet of meeting space, a full-amenities lobby that includes

a lounge, indoor pool, and exercise facility, as well as

unobstructed views to the Boulder Flatirons.

This location offers direct access to public transit and is

within walking distance to some of Boulder’s finest

shopping and dining destinations.
