DEGENERATION OF THE SPINAL DISC

When the blood supply is decreased the spinal disc begins a journey of degeneration. As it collapses, the spine looses its range of movement and the delicate spinal nerves get compressed. Eventually we will see pain and dysfunction where ever these nerves go, such as into the arms (from the neck) and the legs (from the low back).
