equally challenging ropes course exercises to participate in—
if we choose to.

What’s a Peak Event?
1. You felt it was impossible
or challenging for you to achieve when you set out to do this event.
2. You were super clear about your desired outcome and it was your choice to do the event.
3. Now you draw positive energy whenever you recall what you achieved by doing that event.
A Peak Event can be anything. Typically they it is an academic, artistic or athletic accomplishment.
What’s 101% about?
1. You can only give a
maximum of 100% of yourself.
2. Be clear what matters most to YOU and focus on just that 100%.
