•Stay in Contact with all of your business builders in your central district (emails, phone calls, or thinking of you cards)

•Check that all of your business builders have their $100 orders in so they can get paid for that month

•Send emails or call the consultants to remind them if they are eligible for their RSVP 1 or 2

•If a consultant has volume close to hitting a qualification, give them a call to let them know what they will need to complete it

•When you promote out a DM direct to you, get them a Congrats gift (rose, book, or something around $10)

•Hold a strategy meeting with any new business builder in your central district

•Stay in contact with all of the DM’s in your central area & central

•District (emails, phone calls, or thinking of you cards)

•Hold a Getting Started Meeting for your team to plug into or something monthly so they can be trained on the basics

• Hold a monthly Discover Arbonne in your home

• Send out renewal letters to all consultants up for renewal

• Recognize your DM’s, promoted out AM’s, and your central District monthly • (roses, books, tapes, if they are an AM.... spend around $20 for your direct AM’s)

•Watch webstats to see where your district managers numbers are to see if they are close to hitting a goal (bonus, qualification, ect..) • You also need to watch your central district & do the same thing that a DM would do

for their team.

•Teach your teams the system that your team does • (Results/Presentation & how it works)

•Work with your DM’s to help them identify their key business builders • (offer to do 3-way calls, or appointments with them)

• Stay in touch with your AM’s weekly (emails, phone calls, appointments, or postcards)

• Work your central district as if you were a DM

• Hold a monthly call or meeting that your region can plug their consultants into

• Hold a weekly call or meeting that your team can plug prospects into

• Watch webstats to see what your AM’s teams are doing, and let your AM’s know if they need to keep a watch on a consultants numbers

• Trouble shoot for your team by working through VP Support

• Organize accountably calls or coach calls with your teams

• Hold a quarterly bootcamp

• Organize an email blast list for your central area, & RVP’s

• Recognize your region monthly (If you promote out an RVP, I usually spend around $500 for a 1st generation RVP, you will still recognize your central area & districts)

•Stay connected with your RVP’s, central district, central region, & central area weekly (emails, phone calls, or thinking of you cards)

•Hold a monthly Nation Call

•Hold coaching sessions with consultants who may need some one o one and who are putting fourth effort

•Watch webstats to make sure your RVP’s are hitting their goals, as well as your central district, area, & region

•Keep your team connected with any news from VP Support

•Trouble Shoot for your team with the help of VP Support

•Be a coach, motivator, friend, & train your VP’s how to be a leader

•Learn to step back and let your VP’s become leaders themselves

•Recognize your central district, area, region, & National Vice Presidents (I normally spend about $1000 on my new 1st generation NVP’s)
