    ave a dream, a dream to open my own restaurant. T ere are

    various types of restaurant. Restaurants fall into several

    industry classifications based upon menu style, preparation

    met ods and pricing. Additionally, ow t e food is served to t e

    customer elps to determine t e classification.

    A restaurant location is as crucial to its success as great food

    and service. It will influence many parts of restaurant, including

    t e menu.

    My restaurant will be located in Saint Petersburg city, on t e

    eni !gorovoi street.

    I believe t at a restaurant name presents is appearance,

    because it represents its type. # oosing t e name of a restaurant

    is as important as c oosing t e type of food t at is going to be

    served in t e restaurant. A good name for t e restaurant can be a

    name t at is easier to pronounce and easy to remember. T is

    name may reflect t e t eme of t e restaurant, or $ust be %a game

    of words&,but for me it is special word because %Salcioara& '

    (illow is one of my favorite tree and it reminds me my native

    village and t e time w en I was a little boy playing wit my

    friends on t e )istru*s ban".

    I+ve decided to call my restaurant %Salcioara&. I ave

    c osen t is name because t e pronunciation of t is word reminds

    me my ome and is confortable atmosp ere. I ope t at people

    visiting t is restaurant will feel its warmt and t e spirit of

    mot erland t at feel everyone t at is far away from its ome.

    Also t e tree represents t e fres air and ealt , t at+s w y I+ve

    decided to call my restaurant in t is way because I am sure t at

    after visiting my restaurant t e guests will feel t emselves fres

    and ealt y.

    Salcioara will be decorated in a rustic elegant and refined style.

    T at will ma"e my restaurant more c arming , attractive and

    coy. It will be placed as a basement wit t e all made of stone.

    T e stones will be decorated wit grape*vine. After you pass t e

    all you will enter in a uge all t at will be decorated wit

    artificial trees and plants. In t e center of t e all will be

    placed a traditional decorative grill. T e most important

    accessory in my interior will be t e fireplace. -n t e walls will

    be carpets in t e traditional decoration.
