SkySong, the ASU Sco sdale Innova on Center is one of the premier economic engines in the Valley of the Sun. The goal of SkySong is to a ract cu ng edge and innova on companies and their base of knowledge workers from around the world, integra ng the resources of ASU with the opportuni es of the private sector.
SkySong Restaurant Building will be the signature food and beverage amenity to the campus.
Planned for 1,200,000 SF of office space and one hotel.
Currently 600,000 SF of office space (+90% occupancy in three buildings, 65% in the fourth building (newest one); and 5th office building in planning stage.
New hotel announced, Element by Wes n (Marrio ), will have 150 rooms with opening expected in Spring 2018.
Approximately 1,800 employees currently on campus with full build out expected to reach 5,000‐6,000 employees.
Tenants include (par al list) : Arizona State University; Webfilings (Workiva); Ticketmaster, Yoodle, Groupon.

A year long comprehensive iden ty building exercise funded by Industrial Development Authority and private sponsorships; “Re‐Imagining Southern Sco sdale” was created to affect posi ve momentum for the revitaliza on of Southern Sco sdale. They surveyed over 1,900 residents so far and some of the findings are below.
Approximately 25,000 households exist in South Sco sdale with a popula on of 40,000 residents.
68.4% of residents are educated (bachelor's degree or higher).
$65,000 is the median household income.
48.2% of residents are between 25 and 44 years old.
42.1% of residents have lived in South Sco sdale for less than 5 years; only 26.2% have lived more than 20 years.
